Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure
EthiopianBibleBooks.com is free to read. This page explains how the site makes money and the rules we follow so that commercial interests do not shape our reference content.
Our own study guide
The team behind this site is preparing a 12-week Ethiopian Bible study guide, which will be sold on Amazon. When you buy it, we earn money from the sale. Because it is our own product, we have a direct financial interest in it, and we label it as ours wherever it appears on the site.
Until the guide is published, we offer an optional email notification for its release. Signing up is never required to read anything on the site. How we handle those email addresses is explained in our privacy policy.
Affiliate links
The site does not currently use affiliate links. If we join an affiliate program in the future, such as the Amazon Associates program, we will update this page first. Pages that contain affiliate links will say so near the top, and where Amazon requires it, we will include the statement “As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.”
An affiliate link would never change the price you pay, and it would never decide whether or how we recommend a product.
No paid placements or sponsored content
We do not accept payment for coverage, rankings, or recommendations, and we do not publish sponsored content. The site does not currently display advertising. If that changes, advertising will be clearly separated from editorial content and labelled, and this page will be updated before it appears.
Safeguards
- Reference pages are written to the editorial standards whether or not a product is mentioned.
- When we discuss editions published by others, we apply the same criteria we would apply to our own.
- Free review copies or other benefits from publishers will be disclosed on the page where the product is discussed.
